This two-fold initiative – organized by the ENRICH GLOBAL Health Innovation Thematic Group – aims to gather experts internationally to exchange experiences and debate around the different personalised medicine (PM) approaches in prevention and care for the Active and Health Living of the older persons, also providing a basis for an evidence-based discussion with policy makers and funding agencies in the field.
By integrating the policy makers’ and experts’ perspectives, this event – that will be held online - allows to discuss and exchange views at R&I and policy level, in a mutual learning and exchange environment. It contributes to outline trends and enablers in the R&I landscape around Personalised Medicine in the AHA (Active and Healthy Ageing) domain, by leveraging on the most relevant initiatives and projects at international level.
The event responds to the recommendations of the EU-funded project IDIH – International Digital Health Cooperation for Preventive, Integrated, Independent and Inclusive Living – and represents the first step towards the implementation of the Action Plan proposed by the IDIH Roadmap, as the 1st International Knowledge Mobilization initiative.
